At Timpson we take our business very seriously and these awards although nice to win are not our main goal. Our main aim is to give the customer a quality of service that is second to none! In the past few years we have cut back on the amount of nominations we accept as it means more paperwork and questionairs for our staff, who are busy keeping our customers happy.
We have done well in the 'Sunday Times' awards over the four years we took part and managed to get in the top ten every year with our highest place being 4th.
