Here at Timpson provide all our staff with the most up to date training on all of our services. We have a dedicated team who produce the training manuals and our training courses.
As the headline say's - 'TRAINING PAYS' here at Timpson we know this all to well and we pride ourselves on the training we give to every member of staff. We also apply that training to our bonus structure, so the more you know the more you can earn!
The table on the right shows the courses available, most are split in to levels so you can work at your own pace and as you become more proficient you can progress to the next level.
The training we offer is not just aimed at new starters, everyone at Timpson takes part and learning is a lifelong experience, as not only do new members of staff take part, every level of our management structure also takes part in our training packages from branch colleagues to Regional Managers.
