Team Timpson
This Team Timpson all took part in the London Marathon on the 17th April to raise funds for the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers - Edward ran for several charities too.
Between them the Timpson family raised over £50,000 for the Pattenmakers' charitable funds - and in particular its orthopaedic scheme.
The Livery makes grants towards the purchase of bespoke footwear for people with severe walking difficulties. Recently, on the initiative of its Patron The Duke of Gloucester, the scheme has been extended to include servicemen, injured on active service, who are receiving reconstructive foot surgery at the MOD Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court.
