Within Timpson Ltd, we are committed to ensuring the safe and fair treatment of all employees around the world who are involved with the manufacture of our products. We are committed to ensuring that the merchandise we source is obtained only from manufacturers who maintain satisfactory working conditions and at a minimum comply fully with all legal requirements and the labour, health and safety standards of those countries in which production takes place. In addition we are committed to minimising the impact on the environment that occurs during the manufacturing process. To ensure this is achieved, it is our policy to source products from vendors and factories who share our commitment to improving worker welfare and reducing environmental impact.

This is not a shallow statement – we mean it and need suppliers to provide positive proof that all our goods are manufactured in an ethical way.
