How to make a purchase

All orders are made through either individually created ASP pages or through our shopping cart program. All the information requested must be filled in by the user and we can not be held responsible for customers mistakes in the information provided.

Prices and taxes

All our sales include VAT and postage to mainland UK unless stated. VAT is not charged on books or orders from outside the EEC. All prices are subject to change and the prices on the web site will over rule any printed catalogue which are deemed to be out of date.

Refunds

If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your money. If you need to return goods, please contact us within three working days of receipt of your order with details of the complaint. Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.

Guarantee

All our products come will the Timpson guarantee.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site or our products or products provided by a third party.
