Step One: Choose your repair above and place an order online. Please supply your passcode so that we can access the device for repair.
Step Two: We’ll send you full instructions on how to post your device to us. Print off your order confirmation and add it to your parcel.
Step Three: Back up your device before sending it to us, (we also recommend restoring to factory settings if you can’t share the passcode with us).
Step Four: Package your device securely and post it to the following address: Tech Centre, PO Box 351, Manchester, M22 2EZ. (We recommend using a tracked service if possible).
Step Five: Once your device has been fixed, we’ll send it straight back to you within 2 to 5 working days. We’ll also send you an email when it’s on the way!
