TIMPSON MONTHLY COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the Terms and Conditions that you agree to when entering the Timpson monthly competition. When your fill out the form you will be asked to read these Terms and Conditions. If you read these Terms and Conditions in more detail after you have entered and decide that you no longer want to participate then simply contact us at [email protected] and we will remove your entry from the competition.
How your entry works:
Once you have filled out the form, your email will be entered into an address book where we will pick one entry at random after the competition has ended as the winner. Once the winner has been announced your details will be deleted from the address book unless you have opted in to receive marketing emails.
Your personal information:
As part of your entry, we will ask you for various pieces of information. We will use this information as follows:
Your first name and last name, email address, birthday – these are needed so that we can contact you if you are a winner.
This data will be stored securely by our technology partner Dotdigital and will be located on secure servers. Customers who have opted to receive email marketing during the competition will remain on our email marketing database until such time as they decide to opt-out from an unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at [email protected]
If you would like your entry deleted before the competition expires please contact our Customer Support team via email and these Terms and Conditions and sign to confirm your agreement. Please also note that if you request for your entry to be deleted you will no longer be entered into the competition and unable to win a prize.
Selection of winners(s):
The competition winner(s) will be notified by email. Winners will be chosen at random by a random generator. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winning entries will be contacted no later than 14 days after the closing date. The competition ends 31st August 2022 at 11:59 pm.
This competition is promoted by Timpson and we reserve the right to end the competition early, cancel the competition at any stage or delete entries and/or votes for whatever reason.
Terms and Conditions – Timpson Monthly Competition
1. The promoter is Timpson. registered at Timpson House, Claverton Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M23 9TT
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Timpson and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. No entry fee and no purchase are necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Entries can only be submitted through the form on our website.
7. Only one entry can be made per person.
8. Closing date for entry will be 31st August 2022 at 11:59 pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted and voting will commence.
9. Entries will be counted and verified on the timpson.co.uk/competition web page. 1st place will be chosen after voting has commenced. All entries will be monitored digitally by Timpson.
10. Winners will be chosen at random by Timpson. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 24 months. Winning entries will be contacted no later than 14 days after the closing date of votes.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. Competition winner(s) will be notified by email and/or telephone. The competition winner consents to be used on Timpson website and published social media.
13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed/collected/is delivered.
14. Timpson accepts no responsibility for entries which aren’t received for whatever reason.
15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice but if for whatever reason the promoter has to do this, the entrant will be informed via the website.
16. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Any entries or votes that are deemed to have abused the rules or fixed the voting system will be disqualified and the entry will be disapproved.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her entry in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
22. Vouchers can only be redeemed in Timpson stores within Morrison's that offer dry cleaning as a service.
