Booking a Motorola Z3 Play repair with Timpson is easy-peasy. Just follow the five simple steps below and we’ll have it fixed before you know it.

Step One: Choose your repair above and place an order online. Please supply your passcode so that we can access the phone for repair.

Step Two: We’ll send you full instructions on how to post your device to us. Print off your order confirmation and add it to your parcel.

Step Three: Back up your device and remove any SIM cards, SD cards, cases or covers before sending it to us, (we also recommend restoring to factory settings if you can’t share the passcode with us).

Step Four: Package your device securely and post it to the following address: Timpson Tech Centre, Cranoe House, 6 Claverton Road, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Manchester, M23 9FT. (We recommend using a tracked service if possible).

Step Five: Once your device has been fixed, we’ll send it straight back to you within 2 to 5 working days. Free return postage is included, so we’ll send you an email when it’s on the way back to you!

PLEASE NOTE: Your SIM card and any other data-carrying cards will be destroyed on arrival at the Tech Centre so please do not send these, also please do not send your item in its original packaging or a phone case as it will not be returned.

We recommend you use a tracked service and insure any valuable devices accordingly 7. Once your repair is complete your device will be returned to the address that you have supplied
