Booking a Samsung Tab A repair with Timpson is easy-peasy. Just follow the five simple steps below and we’ll have it fixed before you know it.
Step One: Choose your repair above and place an order online. Please supply your IMEI number (this can be found in your device settings).
Step Two: We’ll send you full instructions on how to post your device to us. Print off your order confirmation and add it to your parcel.
Step Three: Back up your device and restore it to factory settings. This is so the repair can be completed and the device fully tested, and make sure you don’t lose your photos and data (your tablet will be returned as new).
Step Four: Package your device securely and post it to the following address: Timpson Repairs, c/o TMT First BAY 2, Holditch House, Holditch Road, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 9JA.
Step Five: Once your device has been fixed, we’ll send it straight back to you within 3 to 5 working days. We’ll also send you an email when it’s on the way!
