How it works
1. Choose your iPhone and repair from the dropdown. Please also provide your IMEI number and passcode, so we can properly test your phone during the repair.
2. Book your iPhone repair - Head to the checkout and pay for your repair online.
3. Send it to us - We’ll email you simple instructions on how to post your iPhone to our technicians. We don’t provide a prepaid label/box, so you’ll need to package and post the phone yourself.
4. We repair and test it - Our skilled technicians complete your iPhone repair and run thorough tests to ensure it’s all working perfectly.
5. It comes back to you - Your repaired iPhone is posted back to your address, fully tracked and insured.

Before you post your iPhone
A few minutes of prep will make the whole thing much smoother. Just follow these super-simple steps before you send anything to us:
- Back up your device to make sure you don’t lose any important data.
- Remove your SIM card and case. These likely won’t be returned to you.
- Pack it securely with padding, ideally in a sturdy box with bubble wrap around the phone. Don’t send your original iPhone box, as it may not be returned.
- Restore to factory settings, but only if you can’t share the passcode with us!
