How long do Samsung Note repairs take?

When you book Samsung repairs online, you’ll need to post your phone to that same workshop. Once we’ve received your Samsung, we’ll aim to repair and return it within 2 to 5 working days.
Do I need an appointment to repair my Samsung Note in-store?
No, you don’t need to book an in-store appointment. Simply find your local shop, check the opening times, and bring in your Samsung S20 whenever you’re ready.
Will I lose my data during an Samsung Note repair?
Yes, there’s a good chance data will be lost during the repair. Please back up your device and remove your SIM card before booking a repair online or in-store.
You’ll also need to remove your phone case, as we cannot guarantee this will be returned to you.
What happens if you can’t fix my Samsung Note?
