How it works

2. Book your Samsung repair - Head to the checkout and pay for your repair online.
3. Send it to us - We’ll email you simple instructions on how to post your device to our technicians. We don’t provide a prepaid label/box, so you’ll need to package and post the phone yourself.
4. We repair and test it - Our specialist Samsung technicians complete your repair and run thorough tests to ensure it’s all working perfectly.
5. It comes back to you - Your repaired phone is posted back to your address, fully tracked and insured.

Before you post your Samsung phone
This is important, as just a few minutes of prep will make the whole thing much smoother. Follow these super-simple steps before you send anything to us:
- Back up your device, as all data will be wiped during the repair
- Restore to factory settings, so we can easily access and test your device
- Remove your SIM card and case. These likely won’t be returned to you.
- Pack it securely with padding, ideally in a sturdy box with bubble wrap around the phone. Don’t send the original box, as it may not be returned.
